Wendy Choi, twenty years a concierge in a downtown hotel on Front Street. The question never changed. The answer got more precise.

A concierge learns the city as a set of errands: which hour is kind, which queue is a trap, which view still works when the tower is in cloud. Guests did not want a speech. They wanted to know where to stand.

These pages are that habit, written without a uniform. I am not employed by any attraction. I do not earn a commission if you go up, and I do not earn one if you stay in the park. The bias, if I have one, is against wasting a clear afternoon.
