Terms

Read the notes as field advice from a former concierge. They are not a schedule, not a warranty, and not a ticket.

The advice can go stale

Hours, queues, and the colour of the sky change. I write from what I saw and what guests reported back. If a deck is closed or a ferry is off, the operator’s own board wins. I will not refund a day I did not sell.

No sale

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell admission, a table, or a crossing. Words like tickets or skyline describe the subject of a note. They are not a checkout.

Your use

You may read and share a link. You may not scrape the pages into a product that pretends to be this desk, and you may not present the text as an official attraction notice.

Liability

Parks, piers, ferries, and high decks have their own risks: wind, edges, crowds. You decide whether to go. Toronto View Notes is not responsible for a visit arranged from these pages.

Law

These terms sit under the laws of Ontario and Canada. If a line here is unenforceable, the rest stays.
